We are looking for customer service oriented, licensed security guards who are ready to  join our dynamic team. This role is suited for dedicated, punctual professionals who  exemplify a commitment to continuous learning, empathy, composure, and  professionalism in all aspects of their work situations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage access control and conduct security checks. 
• Ensure compliance of event and venue rules. 
• Monitoring sites and crowds either stationary or patrolling. 
• Managing and de-escalating unruly behaviour. 
• Respond to incidents in a calm and efficient manner. 
• Keep detailed notes and prepare thorough reports. 
• Provide exemplary customer service to clients, patrons and artists. Qualifications 
• Valid AB Security License (required). 
• Standard First Aid certification (required). 
• ProServe and ProTect Certificates (required). 
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good physical fitness and able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods in all  types of weather conditions 
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety. 
• A strong work ethic, and respectful in all situations. 
• Able to commute to various event sites throughout the city. 
• Able to closely follow instructions. 
• Willing to work shifts consistently between April to September 2026. Pay 

Starting at $18.00 per hour 

Schedule 

• 8-hour/10-hour/12-hour shifts 
• Day/Evening/ Night shifts 
• Monday- Friday/ Weekends
