Job Description

The Client Service Representative is a face to face service and sales role located within the South area of Calgary and provides an exciting opportunity to work with clients.   As a sales and service professional, you see and interact with clients every day and for many of our clients, you are the face of our company. In this role, you will be an integral part of a branch team of sales and service professionals focused on providing exceptional service and advice to clients.  You play a critical role in serving our clients, provide them with advice and propose our product or service solutions that meet their financial services and sales needs. You deliver exceptional client service by responding to client inquiries, complete banking transactions efficiently and accurately, resolve client concerns and interact with clients throughout the branch to offer assistance and advice when not serving clients.


This role will be attractive to individuals who have a passion for helping clients and have a strong desire to assist clients.   Individuals who may already be working in the financial, retail or service industry, have some experience being part of a sales team, and who are comfortable with clients and committed to continuous learning are mostly likely to thrive in this exciting role.
