  • Provide direct administrative support to the manager as required
  • Support the day-to-day business.
  • Schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences and appointments
  • Assist with review of all prepared documents, reports and correspondence for format, content, grammar and spelling; make edits as necessary
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries; Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
